We have been having some monsoon rains every afternoon lately. Thunder and lightening sounds like canons going off.
You see a cloud starting to hang, and before you know it, it is dark, dark, dark. And it starts to pour. The rain comes in sideways.

It looks a lot like our skies here in central Florida - summer is our wet season.
