Easter.
A time of celebration. We don't usually have Easter at home, as there
is always a family gathering. But I still enjoy setting my table in
honor of this special day.
~"But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy
and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you."
Psalms 5:11 ~
The Silver belonged to my BFF who passed away 15 years ago.
Her family did not want any of these pieces, so they passed them on to me.
~"Glory in his holy name: let the hearts of these who seek the Lord rejoice!"
1 Chronicles 16:10~
Dishes with Scripture verses are so special..
Several years ago, when I found these at Ross, my daughter and I were on the hunt to find enough pieces to complete the table.
~"Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice, and let them say among the nations,
'The Lord reigns!'" 1 Chronicles 16:31 ~
It was so much fun making the rosette napkins.
~Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say REJOICE. " Philippians 4:4 ~
~
"Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of
the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready" Revelation 19:7

This
weekend we will be celebrating the Risen Savior. The sacrifice HE made, paid the
price for the debt we owed.
We are
all sinners, since
we have all done wrong things. But God made a way for us to be forgiven
so we can have eternal life in Heaven. All we have to do is recognize
our sinfulness and accept that Jesus paid the penalty for our sin
when he died on the cross and rose again from the grave.
"For
God so loved the world, that He gave his only Son, that whosoever
believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
Have a blessed Easter!
