Quick Chili

My family enjoys Chili most any time of the year.  But I especially love to make it when it's cold outside.  This is my version of Quick Chili.
I start out with these products.

1 lb ground turkey
1 small chopped onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tablespoons Chili powder seasoning (I prefer Mexene)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 cans whole tomatoes (crushed)
1 can Red Kidney Beans

Brown ground turkey meat, onion and garlic.  Drain excess fat.  Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.  Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Serve hot with grated cheese and crackers.
