Home for the Holidays

Fall and Thanksgiving have come and gone, and now we are on to the Christmas holidays.

When we visited friends and I could not resist sharing a picture of the table she prepared for us.

If you want to know, those are real antlers in her centerpiece.

We enjoyed a delicious Fish Gumbo and Greek Salad.

But the magic is about to happen.  Sylvia's table will be transformed for Christmas.

Don't you just love the red checked chairs!!

Let the magic begin!

Both tables are wonderful but I am especially drawn to the Christmas table. Could be those pretty checked chairs; I love them! They are just so festive. There is something about a holiday table that draws the eye, isn't there? Lovely post, Jocelyn. Thank you for sharing. Blessings!

Real antlers! Wow ... that is so cool!

We've had a big buck roaming through our woods recently ... a rarity here on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

So fun to drop in and say hi today!

I'm also loving the red checkered chairs! My eagle eyes also spotted Spode Christmas Tree plates...
