Cold Shot - A Review

Cold Shot by Dani Pettrey is a story about best friends. Three friends, each in a different line of law enforcement, whose friendship was torn when their fourth friend vanished. Now they are thrown together, joining forces on a case that leaves each of them facing accusations and memories that have haunted the three of them for years. Where does it lead?

Having read several of Dani Pettrey's books, I have come to expect stories that are filled with suspense and intrigue. Ms. Pettrey is an excellent story teller, and keeps your interest, stirring in a bit of romance into the danger. I felt that parts of the book were a bit slow, but healing and forgiveness set the course for a sweet ending.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Bethany House in exchange for my honest review.

Hi there, I'm impressed that you received the book already-this is the one I wanted and I thought I was getting it, but now not sure. I also love her writing, or at least what I've read. Great review, thanks for sharing.
