Broccoli Casserole with a twist

For years my family has enjoyed Broccoli Casserole.  But it got to the point where I was tired of the same recipe.  So for a little different twist, I made a new variation.

Broccoli Casserole

1 can Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup milk
Large bag frozen Broccoli
10 oz box Cheeze Its
Small (1 lb) box Velveeta Cheese
1 stick butter

 Spray a 10 x 13" pan with No-Stick cooking spray.
Cook broccoli til done. Drain broccoli and spoon into pan.
Mix Mushroom soup with milk.

Pour soup mixture over broccoli and spread to cover evenly.

Slice cheese and place on top of broccoli.

Melt butter and mix with crushed Cheeze Its.  Place on top of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

For a little spike, you can use the Mexican Velveeta.

Very interesting. The cheese its definitely surprised me. Looks yummy. But please don't tell me the calories, as I'd like to try this without knowing.
