Some mornings, when everyone is gone to work and school ..........
My Friendly Village china is mostly a winter scene, but I have a few of the Autumn plates to use at this time of year.
Some mornings, when everyone is gone to work and school ..........
Traveling to South Carolina last week, I hoped to capture a little bit of fall colors.
Autumn has come and will soon be gone. Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner. But before we leave the warm spicy colors of Fall, here's a little table I set for a special lunch.
Over the Edge by Irene Hannon is book 2 in the Undaunted Courage series. A suspenseful action filled mystery.
Lindsey Barnes is a witness to a murder. Which turns her into an unreliable witness when someone tries to set her up as being insane. Jack Tucker, the detective on the case, isn't sure he can trust what she has seen. Jack encourages Lindsey to try to remember any detail that her mind is not remembering. Strange things begin to happen as she remembers details from the murder scene.
Irene Hannon is such a great writer. She melts mystery and romance in such a way that keeps you reading to the end. Ms Hannon never disappoints. Although this is the second in the series, it can be read as a stand alone. This was a good suspense novel, and anyone who enjoys good clean books, will enjoy this new novel.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the publisher. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
Traditions. Does your family have traditions for the holidays?? Our family has enjoyed sweet family time with my in laws for as long as I have been married. But these traditions are changing. When my hubbys Mom finished her journey here on the earth, she left behind the memories of family gatherings around her big table. Lots of laughter, discussions, and good food were shared by all.
A November table is a start for the holiday season.
