Blow me down

Okay, winter is moving fast forward and I know many of you are very happy about that. Here in the south we have lost a lot of our trees and plants to the cold weather that passed through. I think the nurseries are going to be very busy this spring.

I love your photo. You can really see how strong the wind is blowing. I'm sorry about the loss of trees though.

Great action shot. I hope some of your tropicals come back. Try cutting dead bushes to the ground. Wait a week or 2 and see is it comes back. Good luck!

It is so sad that Florida had wind and snow this year. Colorado is lacking snow. The angle of the earth moved I read somewhere on FACEBOOK. Perhaps that is why we are getting strange weather. Let's hope it is a fluke.

Looks like strong wind, maybe nature is having a clean out.

Great wind capture. It's a shame about those frosts and freezes.

I bet my garden will be a mess when I get back from my trip!

Strange weather this year. The south freezes and the rockies are warm, and Oklahoma is all messed up. Cold, dry, then warm and wet.

I am in zone 6b. The weather has been different that's for sure! Enjoy your gardening!

Looks just a bit windy! My weather has been average. I thought we'd bypassed our bit of snow this year, but it's forecast for this next week. It's rarely much. Just enough to be pretty.
