Pretty Pink Roses

 From this..............

to this..............................

I found this container of china at my local thrift store.  I could not wait to bring it home and set a pretty table.

W. H. Grindley & Co Pink Roses (Conway pattern)

This tea set was painted by my late mother in law.

27 pieces including two serving pieces.

Yes, this china took my breath away.  I am delighted to serve lunch on these beautiful dishes.

How gorgeous! I have dreamt my entire 20 years marriage of stacks and stacks of china I would love to collect, however it wasn't possible at the time, as my husband was in the military. But now, we are settled into civilian life, and I just recently inherited my Grandmother's hutch, and my china dreams are picking back up :) I am heading out to some antique stores this weekend in Bardstown, KY - maybe I will get lucky and find some gems!
