We've had a lot of rain down here in the south.  A perfect time to enjoy a little bit of tea on the porch.

I laughed when I saw this old truck and thought, "what a junk heap". Filled with wood cut for the fireplace. I have no idea what kind of truck it was as all signs were pretty much gone.

In the USA we celebrate Independence Day on the 4th of July.    So let's celebrate!!

Summer Mantle

The summer mantle!  What to do??  It's easy to decorate your mantle for fall and Christmas, and even Spring.  But summertime always leaves me a little less then creative!!  So I recently found a post on Red Door Home displaying a beautiful mantle.  Will it work??  I will certainly try.
