Cupcakes and Tea

My daughter and I are planning on hosting a little tea party for my great nieces. Cupcakes and tea sounds like a great way to entertain seven year olds.

Do you think our little guests will enjoy cupcakes with their tea??

I can attest to little ones loving cupcakes, we had 3 grands for dinner last night and they each had 2 of grandma's cupcakes with the blue icing and sprinkles on top.
Tea, now that's another thing, usually just the teenagers will drink it.
Your table looks perfect for your tea party.

What a wonderful and yummy looking tea table! Little ones sure enjoy their cupcakes. Not only the little ones either! Love the pink depression glass goblets. I keep looking for some but I never see any around here. Pity, because it's so very pretty. Your bowl of fresh fruit is also a wonderful treat. Thank you for joining me for tea today and have a delightful week.

Blessings,
Sandi

Hi: I love the table and the tea. How special to have a tea for 7 year olds. I had a tea for a 3 year old today. It was tough, but very sweet at the same time. Thank you for sharing today. Blessings, Martha

This is so cute! My mom had a tea party for me when I was about that age and I loved it! They will have a blast. Makes me want to plan a tea party for my friends now.

What a lovely idea and table setting! I am sure the girls had a great time. I see each one has their own tea mug. Yay! Taking tea is such a great tradition to begin!

That is a charming table for the young women! I love pink so much...a third of my china is pink fiesta ware and the other parts are blue and eggplant. You did a beautiful job. Was this a practice with some of the treats?

We had a tea party birthday party for my daughter and her friend when they were about eleven. We had the tea in the park and they all wore hats and party dresses. It was a great success. They loves it and I still have the most beautiful pictures from that time.

Have a wonderful party. Hope you w ill stop by...
