A Cozy Spot

Do you have a cozy corner in your home.  A spot where you can curl up with a book and enjoy an early morning respite?

This beautiful teacup is a Hankook Fine Bone China (England), a prize sent to me by Martha who has a delightful blog, Martha's Favorites.  You must stop by and visit Martha as she shares her very lovely collection of tea cups.

A sweet rose from my daughter for Mother's Day.

O God, thou [art] my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsts for thee, my flesh longs for thee in a dry and thirsty land...............(Psalm 63:1)

Congratulations to this beautiful win. May you have many delightful tea times with it. The tea cup is lovely with the pretty tea pot and the creamer. Thank you for sharing this nice setting and for your visit and the sweet comment.

I think part of the art of taking tea is to find a cozy spot. Yours looks inviting with tea and a book.

Yes, I absolutely do. I have a few, actually - love to see the morning sun by the east facing windows and at times to curl up in a chair in the living room. Beautifully set tea. I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day,
I appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveliness,
Kathy

I too have a couple of cozy spots too, I find it much more relaxing when having tea in a space that's all your own just for tea. Yours is very nice.

Hi Joycelyn: When I stopped by to visit, I said to myself, "I have a cup just like that!" :) The old grey mare she ain't what she use to be. I totally forgot you won it. I am so happy you liked it. Have a wonderful week. Hugs, Martha
