Patriotic Holidays

Patriotic holidays are normally the time when we enjoy picnics, bar-b-ques, football games and other crowd pleasing outdoor events.

But sometimes......... it is a time of quiet and reflection.

It's time to fire up the grill

and enjoy a peaceful dinner on the porch.

Your table is very pretty and inviting with the patriotic colors scheme. I love to use those colors from now until the 4th of July.

I must add that you have a very nice BBQ set up. I have never seen a cover quite like that. Is that and the BBQ one unit?

Thanks for sharing at my party this week!

You just reminded me to pull out the DT medium blue goblets for the coming holidays. They are such a glorious color. Your tablescape is perfect for a celebration. Thanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay

Beautiful tribute to the memory of those whose lives have been lost, Jocelyn. It really does take me to a place of quiet reflection. Very nice! I demand close up photos of that grill area! That is like nothing I've ever seen before!!!!!!! It's like a little hut. Close ups, close ups, close ups!!!!!!!! I'm going to stage a sit-in over here if we don't get close ups!!!!! :-)
