I have not been able to contribute to Vintage Thingie Thursday much in these last few weeks. Busy days with packing and moving. But I thought I would post a picture of these antique chairs that were also left in the house by the previous owners.
I have seen numerous chairs like these at antique shops. They are in perfect condition and I love the little wheels on the front legs.
Please be sure to stop by Colorado Lady's blog and visit the other Vintage goodies today. Happy VTT!

I love the chairs and the table, too! Great design!
Oh I love these chairs! I am so far behind in reading blogs. We are actually on a business trip and while hubby is trying to sell some carpet, I am in the car looking at your blog! I hope to have a day tomorrow in the hotel while he is working all by my lonesome to catch up on your blog and others!
Are they parlor chairs? They are fabulous, Jocelyn! What fun to recover them maybe? I know you are busy, but you are happy also.
Have a great day!, sweet friend.

What beautiful chairs! Left behind? My goodness. Well, at least they are going to someone who appreciates them.

I've never seen wheels like that on a chair before.
I cannot imagine anyone leaving those chairs. They are very unusual and nice. I am sure you find the right place for them.
Those are darling - love the wheels!
What great chairs. I can't believe anyone would leave them behind!
You found a real treasure chest with that house. Such wonderful things. Thanks for sharing them all with us.
Wonder why they left them? Your luck!

Great chairs! It is so hard for me to believe what people leave behind....I would never do that! Have a great VTT!
Wow, those are fantastic!!
What beautiful chairs to inherit! Love the curvy lines and velvet. They are pretty old I think.
If I recall correctly, they were ladies' dining chairs and they had wheels on the front so that a gentleman could assist the ladies by pushing the chair in at the dinner table.
