What is it?

 Traveling home, we spotted this cloud formation.

It must have been a long way off, because we traveled about 50 miles and it didn't really change that much as we drove closer.


I couldn't decide if it looked like a huge mushroom or Hiroshima!

I´ve seen few of those. They are called Cumulonimbus Incus in Latin. What they´re called in English I have no glue. :) Very nice cloud formats!

I'd never call it Hiroshima as that for me is a bad thought - I'd say it is a beautiful image no matter what shape the cloud - love the bright blues
