On a clear day

Four acres on a lake sounds like a perfect getaway, right? Especially when you have owned property for a very long time, and it still takes my breath away.

Our intention was to build a home on this land. But time and finances prevented it. So now it is for sale.

About a month ago, my hubby hired some folks to mow and remove dead trees that loitered the entire acreage.

And then just last week the tall grass was cut back so you can now see the beautiful lake.

We invited our neighbors to cast their line out into the lake for a little bit of fishing. Being Easter weekend and with social distancing, it was a nice place to be, out of doors enjoying the pleasant sunshine.

And this little guy surely worked at casting his line.

You know I've seen the magic of clearing and cleaning on a piece of property. What a wonderful place you have.

This place is so lovely! It makes me think of those beautiful places on Nicholas Sparks novels with these lakes and tall trees and grasses! Love it!

What a beautiful property. I don't see any neighbors in you photos. Looks like you have the lake all to yourself, which makes the property that much nicer!

It's beautiful land. Glad you could enjoy it after all the work and before it sells. - Margy
