Summer is coming

Our weather has soared into the 90's already, so summer has tilted in our direction. It makes me want to decorate with all things summery.

My antique china has little chips and imperfections, but I still love the sweet flowers that grace each piece.
Let's sit down and enjoy a quiet moment before summer takes over.

Thanks for joining me.

Oh wow, how wonderful Summer is settle in at your neck of the woods my friend and your table is lovely and yes; the china is gorgeous, even with the chips and imperfections, it shows it has been used and made the family happy.

I absolutely love that dish pattern, but the silverware is so nice! And it always shocks me that one day we are using the wood stove, then we are using the air conditioner. But we need to enjoy summer cause the stores will have Christmas decorations out soon LOL

You know how to set a lovely table! And I love your Queen Anne dining set. My grandmother-in-law had that silverware pattern. So pretty.

What a beautiful bouquet! It really sets off your pretty china pattern. I wish I could say summer is headed our way. It is still very cool and damp here. We still have our wood stove going. Most springs we can at least turn it off at night but not this year. Maybe we'll warm up by the weekend which would be nice. Thank you for sharing your lovely table with us.

Blessings,
Sandi

Wow, you're in the 90s and we still have tulips blooming, how funny.

No it is just still very much spring here. My lilacs won't be long now!

Lovely tablescape - absolutley stunning china!

Your table is beautiful. I wish I had some family heirlooms like this. The China is pretty and I like how the floral centerpiece has colors that compliments them. I'm hoping we have a hot summer (up north here) so I can feel real miserable from it. After going through these long winters I need to have the opposite extreme! Call me crazy! I think we only hit 90 one time last summer.
