Thrifty Things

It's been quite a while since I have contributed to Thrifty Things, but I'm glad to be able to share with you today :-)

We recently returned from a long overdue vacation. And while we were traveling, I had an opportunity to meet up with a fellow blogger.

Deb and I met up and had a wonderful time together.  She has a great blog - Garage Sale Gal - that I have followed for a long time.  We both have a love for finding treasures.

And while we were at the Antique Mall, I found a treasure to bring home with me.

When we first passed by, I was sure the price was not right.  But it was!!  A great retro pitcher for $1.25. One we will be happy to use.

How fun to meet up with a blogging friend and then to go thrifting. Her booth is so cute. I can't believe you got that cute pitcher for a quarter! :) Thank you for popping in to see me.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

No? 25 cents???? What a bargain and such a reminder of the past. Good for you.
I loved your picture in another post of the lighthouse at the end of that walkway. Just great. Also, your pretty tea cup on the plate...I think they call that a tennis set. Pretty and practical as you can hold it in one hand.
Have a lovely weekend, Ruthie
