Having lived in the South all of my life, I am familiar with all but the "I'm finer than frog hair." My girls laugh me for saying "God bless my(her) ever lovin' soul," and "teetotally." I don't know if these are Southern sayings or not, though.
Although I have lived in Michigan all my life, half of these phrases are part of my everyday speaking due to grandparents from the South. Everyone looks at me strange when we are at a summer BBQ and I refer to "Roasn'ears" (have no idea how to spell that. LOL) referring to corn on the cob. LOL
I'm very familiar with these too, after living in the South for a number of years. I still say y'all and all y'all!
