Every Spring, I am enthralled with this beautiful English Dogwood. I was visiting my in laws on Saturday, and as I was leaving I noticed that the tree was in full bloom. I don't remember how old this tree is, but it has been in my in laws back yard for as long as I can remember. It sure does say "Welcome Spring!"

I am just crazy about dogwood trees. I see them so seldom. Such memories you are making at your in-laws.

I love the dogwood and the "dogwood Legend", this is lovely, our dogwoods are busting out too, they are sprinkled thru out our property,I need to get out there and take a few photo's, thank you for sharing(and the reminder), I've got bluebirds nesting on my side porch,come take a look.

The tree and entire sight really makes a lovely picture.
It sure does say welcome spring! Dogwoods are one of my favorite flowering trees.
