Lunch?

I've been growing Butterfly plants for several years.  This year I noticed this is the third time the caterpillars have stripped this plant.



Each time they feast, I've cut the stems back.
This is what they are eating on.


Today I counted 16 caterpillars!

But then again, this will be the lovely result!

    Such a shame! Catterpillars ate one of my red crrant bush this summer.
