Lazy days of summer

I have always loved blue, so when I found these Martha Stewart napkins, I could picture a blue and yellow summer table.

Summer is here!  Let's enjoy the lazy days of summer.

  1. My very favorite color combination. Your table is so lovely and I am glad you found those napkins. They were the start of something big! Beautiful centerpiece and is the cup and saucer the depression pattern Charm?
Thanks for this vision of summer at its best.

  12. Wow, I have the same stainless pattern. You must have married in the seventies! After 42 years many or my pieces are missing. Is the name Venetia or something similar? I have forgotten.

I love your tablescape. So pretty.

  15. The blue and yellow table is so refreshing. As a fellow blue lover, I liked everything and kept looking again to see all the details.

I also LOVE your page's background with the red, white, & blue theme...the frenchy-looking script used for the phrase 'pursuit of happiness, etc' just calls my name! So creative and fresh idea...
