Autumn Beauty

My daughter returned from a trip to the Windy City carrying a 1/2 Peck of Autumn Beauty Apples. She and her friends went to the Edwards Orchard in Poplar Grove Illinois. From what I understand they are very famous for their delicious Apple Cider.

My Rooster Pitcher was a $3.00 find at Goodwill :-)

He was in perfect condition too!

Apples, Grapes, cheese and crackers. Such a delightful healthy snack.

  11. I love your roo! I grew up on the north shore of Chicago. I loved going apple picking every fall. We would bring home our bounty and my Mom would make apple strudel ~ yum! So, your tablescape brought back some very warm and fuzzy memories for me.
