Coastal Christmas

While visiting friends recently, I was delighted with their Christmas table setting. They own a home right on the inter coastal waterway, so the big windows have a magnificent view of the water. But their Christmas decorations were very charming and the red just made it all sing.

Don't you just love these red chairs?

It was such an inviting home to visit. And the fireplace added warmth on a very cool evening.

And we can't forget the Real Reason for the season :-)

Today I am joining Marty at A Stroll Thru Life for Table Top Tuesday,

Lady Katherine's Tea Time Tuesday

and Between Naps on the Porch Tablescape Thursday

  8. LOVE the tablescape and those red chairs are right up my cottage alley! I have the green buffalo check in my dining room, but mine aren't as stunning as yours!

  9. You are right, the red check chairs are perfect for Christmas decorating. The whole table seems to cry out for people to sit comfortably and visit and fellowship with one another. This looks like a home where hospitality allows people to comfortably kick back and share, food, friendship...
